News update

Well, we went to the Dr today for a check-up. Everything with the baby and I are great. I'm at 26 weeks today. Gabe loved hearing the baby once again. The heartbeat was only 130 today, was 183 at the ultrasound, so we can't go by that for any guesses on the sex. I have only gained 4 pounds this time, just right the dr said. Yeah!
Tonight we went to the first hockey game of the season. Gabe LOVES hockey and he was so excited all day today to see the game. He looked so cute in his hockey outfit. I'll put up pictures soon. Then after the game we went to the splash padat Westgate (where the hockey arena is). He was so funny running around in the water. He loves the water now. We can't wait for the season to start, next week. Today was just a rookie game.
Gabe's little daycare friend Paul moved to New York this past week. So sad, they were buddies. He doesn't understand though.
Gabe got to meet his cousin Gracie. He loved her. She was asleep most of the time of course. He held her though. He was so happy to be able to hold Gracie "all by himself". I'll put up pictures of that. It was the cutest thing ever. He also found some of her toys and was trying to give them too her. I can't wait until she's old enough to play a little bit. He will love it.
We went over to Ama and Papa's house for a BBQ on Sunday and Gabe went swimming. He was having so much fun swimming with his Papa. He was shaking he was so cold, but still didn't want to get out. He's getting to be quite the fish. Papa was holding him on his belly as he kicked his feet and used his arms to "swim". Go Gabe!
Well I think that's it for this week. I'll try to get more pictures up soon. Until then.
We love you and miss you all.
love always
Glenn, Shannon, and Gabe.

First Blog

I have never done a blog before so you have to bare with me for awhile. I thought this would be a great way for those of you that live so far away to know what's going on with us.
So, we have officially started potty training with Gabe and he's doing pretty well. Right now he is going pee almost everytime he sits on the potty. Go Gabe!! He is still peeing in his pull-up between tries, but is starting to tell me he has to pee. Yeah! Maybe no diapers when the babies born. We have decided to nick name the baby peanut, since we are not finding out the sex of the baby. Peanut and I are doing great. Feelin good and feeling Peanut all the time now. I have only gained 14 pounds so far, 10 at the cottage. Vacations do that.
Gabe has a new cousin, Grace born on Aug 30. Gabe is going to meet her today. He is so excited. Gabe got to see Grandma and Papa Gardner last weekend and that was so much fun. Papa brought him Mickey Mouse stuff. Thank you Papa. Then he got to go swimming with Grandma. Miss you Grandma and Papa. Wish Aunt Hannah, Aunt Lily, and Uncle Will could come. Miss you guys.
Ama and Papa Baxter came home today. Yeah! We went to lunch and we're so happy their home.
Glenns just working and working! Poor Glenn. Thank you Daddy. We love all you do for us.
That's all for now. Update more later.
Love you all.
